By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kavbet platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with kavbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. kavbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using kavbet is lawful in your jurisdiction. kavbet makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering for a kavbet account, you agree to:

• Register only one (1) account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kavbet is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with kavbet. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kavbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. kavbet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify kavbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

kavbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against kavbet.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at kavbet staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kavbet may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

4.1 Deposits

kavbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. kavbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your kavbet account in real time. In the event of a technical delay, kavbet's support team is available 24/7 to assist. kavbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

kavbet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kavbet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kavbet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

kavbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

kavbet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. kavbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation. kavbet is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, or IP address.
• kavbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Player Tools

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from kavbet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

kavbet enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory age verification at registration and ongoing KYC checks. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kavbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kavbet platform or its services.

kavbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of kavbet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kavbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Service Availability

kavbet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. kavbet may suspend access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice. kavbet shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform downtime or service interruptions.

kavbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
